Sea Cloud Tea
Flavor notes: roasted almond, fresh dew, fir tip
Sea Cloud is a first flush tea from the foothills of Laoshan Mountain near the sea. The foothills shelter the tea gardens from the salt air, and the mist caught against the mountain keeps the tea cooler – beneficial to the tea’s sweetness and flavor. It is protected under the cover of a greenhouse until early Spring, just as the leaves are starting to sprout, then exposed to full sun until harvest in early April.
Grown and processed by the Liang Family, in Shandong Province, China.
