Flavor notes: dewy, floral, water chestnut
A medium-bodied Oolong with a delicate, yet round flavor. The initial bruising of the leaves achieves partial oxidation, then the leaves are left to wither and oxidize a bit more. Once the degree of oxidation is reached, the leaves and pan-fired. The inside of the rolled leaf stays slightly green as the outside darkens and bakes. The result is a rich, slightly nutty flavor with a liquor that is surprisingly clean and sweet.
