Tingling, herbaceous, and refreshing. These whole blossoms of oregano come from a small organic farm on an Eastern Aegean island. The Origanum onites varietal has always thrived in the region, but only a handful of farmers cultivate it nowadays.
Best enjoyed by crushing just prior to use. Lovely on homemade pizza, feta cheese, or sprinkled over veggies.
